The Company

Contacta is a privately owned group of limited companies which has been in business since May 1970. Its head office is located in West Malling in Kent and its factory and distribution warehouse can be found at Basildon in Essex. The company has an extensive network of directly employed field engineers throughout the UK.

Specialising in the design, manufacture, sales, installation and servicing of high quality audio induction loop, speech transfer and queue management systems it has built up an unparalleled blue chip client base in virtually all sectors of industry, commerce and government in the UK.

In recent years the company has established partnerships with organisations in countries outside of the UK with a view to taking the Contacta brand to an international audience. In 2008, the company entered a joint venture with an American audio specialist to establish Contacta Incorporated in North America. Elsewhere Contacta is represented by a network of local distributors.
