This versatile system provides effective queue management for up to 16 service positions.
Customer flow is controlled by easy-to-use ‘mouse’ control units at each position.

   
  Clear and inclusive
  The Main Display Board provides a combination of visual and audio direction to the next available position. This reduces the possibility of misunderstandings or confusion amongst those waiting.
It also assists customers with poor eyesight and/or hearing loss, ensuring that they feel included and well served.

  Easy installation
  Installation of the audio-visual queue management systems is simple and neat, whether as part of a new-build project or refurbishment of existing facilities. Cabling can be concealed within counter frames for neat appearance.
   
 

Highly adaptable
Features for optimum queue management include male/female voice or dual language facility and programmable scrolling message for the top panel of the Main Display Board.

   
  Integrated customer service
To further enhance customer service and efficient queue management at counter positions, Q-Control may be integrated with these other Contacta systems:
  InfoLoop Induction loop facility, enabling effective communication with hearing aid wearers.
   It also helps compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and Approved Document M
   (2004 Edition) of the Building Regulations
   SecuriCom Intercom systems for clear speech transmission through glass security screens
